Turn your speakers on to listen to Julie and Tracie
who have both taken part in an AWE Course
Arts for Wellbeing and Enterprise is a new project for adults within the Wigan Borough that combines learning new skills through participating in Arts Activities and an 'Introduction to Enterprise' course.
From painting to pricing, mosaic to marketing, crayoning to cashflow, drawing to decision-making. . .
If you’ve had some experience or none, this might be just the activity for you !
We will be introducing participants to the idea of creating new businesses using arts skills, putting on an exhibition of work and setting up a new company to sell artwork.
The AWE Project is a partnership venture helping adults across the Wigan Borough who are dealing with depression, stress of any kind and for those who simply feel they are 'stuck in a rut' and need a change.
We run two types of courses. AWE Arts and AWE Enterprise
